Bulk Earthworks / Civil Construction

Bulk Earthworks is one of the major activities associated with Rainbow’s civil construction division. Civil construction includes activities such as:

• Site retention
• Anchoring
• Piling
• Alternative foundation systems
• Detailed excavation
• Construction of pile caps, footings, capping beams etc

The above works have been completed successfully both as a Subcontractor and Principal Contractor.

Rainbow’s ability to work as a Principal Contractor offers clients the flexibility required to get projects started whilst the documentation for the base building is being completed.

In addition to working as a Principal Contractor, Rainbow have on many occasions completed turn key contracts. This has enabled our clients to finalise funding arrangements.
