OH&S Management System
Rainbow Group Pty Ltd uses a system based on the NSW Workcover Subby Pack which has been modified to better reflect Rainbow’s policies for OH&S Management.

In order to ensure that OH&S policies are adhered to Rainbow have a dedicated OH&S officer for internal auditing purposes.

Rehabilitation
Rainbow Group Pty Ltd has, through consultation and agreement with worker representatives, developed a Return-to-Work Program for the management of workers who are injured at work. This Program forms part of the operating procedures of the organization, is consistent with the insurance company’s Injury Management Program and will be reviewed every two years.

Rainbow Group Pty Ltd prides itself on its quality control and the quality of solution being delivered. Rainbow ensures that all projects are adequately resourced with a project manager and a site foreman so that quality checks can be carried out at any stage of the project to ensure works are being carried out in accordance with the client’s instructions.
